Pay Online or by Phone
To pay with a credit or debit card, customers can make a payment online or by phone. A convenience fee of $2.19 per residential account paid and 2.65% per commercial account paid applies to credit, debit, and ATM card payments.

Pay by phone: 1-800-488-6151 or 208-388-2323. We accept payments through our automated phone system 24 hours a day. Personal assistance is available weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Mountain Time.
Posting payment to your Idaho Power account will take three business days from the date the payment is made.
If paying for a scheduled disconnection or a reconnection, call Idaho Power at 208-388-2323 or 1-800-488-6151. If you have already made the payment through our automated phone system or our website, please call us with your payment identification number.
